Strange error when reporting issue through web interface

Description

Clicked on the "Help" button in the Nexenta Web GUI to see what's behind it (hoping for manuals), and it had a free filled out form with some sort of internal error message there.

It seemed there was an interal error message about "NMV Internal Error: ".

Tried to submit it, in case it's important, but after it did the "Generating report" and "Sending report" bits, a bizarre empty pop up appears. (screenshot attached)

Looks like the message submission function doesn't work?

Justin, could you please verify that the bug is still present in 3.0.2 upgrades (available)

I got 3.0.2

clicking on "Help" I see

Online Help Comprehensive appliance documentation.

User Guide Help includes Getting Started and Tutorial chapters.

Quick Start Help includes detailed, illustrated, step-by-step instruction on how to get started with the product.

Both pdf's do fine
